Bank of India filed an insolvency petition under Section 7 of IBC against JRN Pharma and Laboratories LLP.
The NCLT Guwahati Bench directed the petitioner to file hard copies and issue notices to the respondent.
The respondent is given ten days to file a reply upon receipt of notice, with next hearing on 21 July 2026.
