Bank of India sought and was granted permission to withdraw its insolvency petition against Techno Forge Ltd.
The application was heard by a two-member bench of the NCLT Ahmedabad on maintainability and party arraying.
The petition, filed under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, was disposed of as withdrawn.
No opposition was recorded from the respondent, Techno Forge Ltd, during the hearing.
