Bank of Maharashtra filed an insolvency petition u/s 7 of IBC against Synergies Castings Ltd.
The NCLT Hyderabad Bench issued notice to the corporate debtor and adjourned the matter.
The next hearing is scheduled for 22 June 2026 for filing proof of service.
