Bank of Maharashtra IBC Case Postponed to July 2026

Chandigarh Bench NCLT postpones Bank of Maharashtra insolvency case against Apporva Begchi.
Case CP (IB) No.238/Chd/Hry/2023 under Section 95 of IBC 2016 was scheduled for hearing.
Hearing rescheduled from April 14, 2026 to July 7, 2026 due to public holiday for Dr. B.R. Ambedkar's birth anniversary.
