Bank of Maharashtra notified BSE and NSE about shareholder communication dated 31st March 2026 regarding IEPF share transfer.
Shares of eligible shareholders are being transferred to IEPF Demat Account under Section 10B of Banking Companies Act and Section 124 of Companies Act, 2013.
