NCLT New Delhi adjourned Bank of Maharashtra's Section 95(1) insolvency application against Binod Kumar Jain.
The hearing was postponed to 11.05.2026 due to paucity of time during the hybrid session.
Legal representatives for both the applicant bank and the Resolution Professional were present.
