Key Details
The company has sent reminder letters to shareholders who have not claimed their dividends for seven or more consecutive years and whose shares are liable for transfer to IEPF. Shareholders must claim their dividends on or before 26th October, 2026.
Regulatory Framework
The action is taken pursuant to:
- Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013
- Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016
- SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
Specific Financial Years Affected
- Dividends for financial years 2018-2019 to 2024-2025 are currently unclaimed and must be claimed by 26th October 2026
- Unclaimed dividends prior to 2017-2018 have already been transferred to IEPF and cannot be claimed from the company
Consequences of Non-action
If no communication is received from shareholders by 26th October 2026:
- The company will transfer relevant shares to IEPF Demat Account without further notice
- No claim shall lie against the company for unclaimed dividend amounts and/or shares transferred to IEPF
- Both unclaimed dividend amount and shares transferred to IEPF can be claimed back from IEPF Authority in demat form
Required Actions for Shareholders
For Demat Holders:
- Ensure registration of correct bank details including core banking account number and IFSC/MICR with Depository Participant
- Submit self-attested copy of client master list
- Payment will be made to the bank account registered against the Demat Account
For Physical Shareholders:
- Submit Investor Service Request Form ISR-1, Form ISR-2 and Form No. SH 13 (Nomination Form)
- Provide supporting documents including original cancelled cheque with name as account holder
- Submit self-attested copies of PAN card/Aadhar Card, Passport, and latest Utility Bill (not older than 3 months)
