Beryl Drugs shareholders approved a material related party transaction with Aminova Infusions Pvt Ltd for product distribution.
The transaction has a monetary value of ₹5 crore and a duration of 12 years, from January 3, 2026 to January 2, 2028.
Approval was granted at an EGM on May 11, 2026 under SEBI LODR Regulation 23, as the transaction exceeds materiality thresholds.
The arrangement is on arm's length terms for distributing company products in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and export markets.
