Purpose of Postal Ballot

The postal ballot was undertaken pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Companies Act, 2013. It sought approval from the members of the company for the appointment of Mr. Ajay Charuchandra Kirtane (DIN: 02711040) as a Non-Executive, Independent Director of the company.

The remote e-voting period commenced at 9:00 a.m. (IST) on Friday, September 18, 2026 and concluded at 5:00 p.m. (IST) on Saturday, October 17, 2026.
