Bhagyodayam Company NCLT Approves Managing Director Substitution

NCLT Kochi allows application to substitute the Administrator with the Managing Director for representing Bhagyodayam Company in pending proceedings.
The substitution is permitted as the Administrator was discharged after board elections and a new board took charge on 08.04.2024.
The respondent's objection, based on a pending RoC representation against directors, was rejected by the tribunal.
The tribunal directs necessary amendments to the cause title and memo of parties across all connected cases.
