Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 23217/2026 filed by Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University against Amitkumar Lalitbhai Ghoricha & another respondent, arising from impugned final judgment dated 13-03-2026 in MCA No. 2576/2025 and order dated 10-04-2026 in LPA No. 1100/2025 of the High Court of Gujarat, Ahmedabad.
