Company Action
Committee of Functional Directors, in meeting held on 05.07.2026, approved proposal for deposit of ₹39,83,01,981.63 with Registrar General of Hon'ble High Court towards arrears for workmen who have submitted claims and eligible dependants.
Financial Impact Assessment
Overall financial involvement in the matter, including calculated amount relating to remaining workmen whose identification/claims are yet to be finalized, is presently assessed at approximately ₹48,10,96,969.83.
Current Status
Matter is presently pending before Hon'ble High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi. Company is taking necessary steps in compliance with directions of Hon'ble High Court.
