Bharat Seats Receives ₹12.25 Crore Tax Appellate Orders

Bharat Seats received appellate orders from Income Tax Department for six assessment years reducing total demand from ₹12.25 crore to ₹2.45 crore.
The orders cover AY 2018-19 to 2021-22 and AY 2023-24 to 2024-25, with appeal for AY 2022-23 still pending.
Management expects final liability of ₹2.45 crore after appeal effect order and plans to appeal remaining amount to ITAT.
