Bharat Seats Tax Demand Rs.7.86 Cr Reduced Nil

Bharat Seats Ltd received appellate orders under Section 250 of the Income Tax Act for AY 2014-15 to 2017-18.
CIT(A) orders dated 30th March 2026 reduce the outstanding tax demand of Rs. 7.86 crores for those years to Nil.
Residual tax demand of Rs. 14.57 crores for AY 2018-19 to AY 2024-25 remains pending before CIT(A).
