The company appointed Dilip M. Bathija as Cost Auditor and Borkar & Muzumdar as Statutory Auditor.
Statutory Auditor Borkar & Muzumdar was appointed for a five-year term from FY2026-27 to FY2030-31.
All appointments were approved by the Board based on Audit Committee recommendations on May 16, 2026.
