The disclosure references the company's earlier disclosure dated 10th June, 2026 regarding a notice issued by the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) for the Company's Chalisgaon Plant.
The company received a communication dated 17th June, 2026 (digitally signed on 18th June, 2026) from MPCB permitting the restart of manufacturing activities at the Chalisgaon plant.
