Bharti AXA Life Insurance SLP Restored After Delay

Supreme Court heard Tersi’s petition to condone delay in restoring a Special Leave Petition against Bharti AXA Life Insurance.
Court condoned the delay, allowed restoration of the Special Leave Petition, and directed the office to process and list the matter.
The restored petition retains its original number, and the miscellaneous application was also allowed by the bench.
