The Company has dispatched reminder letters to shareholders who have not claimed dividends for a continuous period of seven (7) consecutive years or more. This communication serves as a final notice to such shareholders to claim unpaid dividends. Failure to claim dividends may result in the transfer of corresponding shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).

- Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
- Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013
