Bihar Sponge Iron Limited has filed a legal complaint (Complaint Case No. 461 of 2026) under Section 138 read with Section 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 before the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate at Chandil, Seraikela-Kharsawan.
The complaint has been filed against Mr. Manoj Kumar Agarwal & Ors. in connection with the dishonor of cheques issued by them. The cheques were issued for discharge of their liability towards the Company.
