BIL Vyapar CoC Ratifies Expenses and Valuer Appointments

Key Resolutions Approved

The Committee of Creditors approved the following agenda items:

• Ratification of expenses amounting to ₹4,59,155.98
• Ratification of appointment of R&A Valuation entity represented by Mr. Abhinav Rajvanshi as the Coordinating Valuer for fees of ₹60,000 plus taxes
• Ratification of appointment of G N Fair Valuation Pvt Ltd represented by Neeru Gupta as the coordinating valuer at fees of ₹60,000 plus taxes
• Ratification of appointment and fees of Namawala Associates in the matter of BIL Vyapar Limited
