Birla Corporation Limited filed a Special Leave to Appeal petition in the Supreme Court against a May 2012 Rajasthan High Court judgment.
Senior counsel Dr. Abhishek Manu Singhvi prepared summaries of twelve reports and a synopsis, ordered to be flagged and circulated.
Additional Solicitor General S. D. Sanjay submitted the Government of Rajasthan’s position on the reports.
The Court directed the summary and synopsis be shared with opposite counsel and listed further proceedings for July 2026.
