Key Requirements

BirlaNu Limited has communicated to shareholders holding physical securities that SEBI has mandated the furnishing of:

  • PAN details
  • Contact details (postal address with PIN, mobile number, email address)
  • Bank account details (bank & branch name, bank account number & IFSC code)
  • Specimen signature
  • Nomination details

Consequences of Non-Compliance

The Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) - Venture Capital and Corporate Investments Pvt. Ltd. - will not process any service requests or complaints from holders/claimants until all KYC details are updated. Effective from April 1, 2024, all payments including dividend, interest, or redemption payments for physical folios will be made only through electronic mode after KYC updation, with no physical warrants or demand drafts issued.

Submission Process

Shareholders must submit the following forms along with supporting documents:

Required Forms:

  • Form ISR-1: For registering PAN, KYC details or changes/updation thereof
  • Form ISR-2: For banker attestation of signature
  • Form SH-13: For updation of Nomination
  • Form ISR-3: For opting-out of nomination
  • Form SH-14: For Cancellation or Variation of Nomination

Supporting Documents Required:

  • Self-attested PAN card and Aadhaar
  • Original cancelled cheque with name printed or self-attested bank passbook/statement
  • Latest passport size photograph
  • Proof of address documents if address changed

Effective Date

The compliance requirement is based on SEBI Master Circular dated February 6, 2026, with the electronic payment requirement effective from April 1, 2024.
