Dividend History and Transfer Timeline
- Final dividend for 2017-2018 has already been transferred to IEPF
- Final dividend for 2018-2019 was declared on September 20, 2019
- The shares corresponding to unclaimed final dividend for 2018-2019 will be transferred to IEPF Authority on or after October 27, 2026
- Shareholders must submit claim documents by October 27, 2026, to prevent transfer
Legal Basis
- Section 124(5) of Companies Act, 2013: Requires transfer of unpaid/unclaimed dividends after 7 years to IEPF
- Section 124(6) of Companies Act, 2013: Requires transfer of shares corresponding to unpaid/unclaimed dividends after 7 years

Required Documents for Claim (to be submitted to RTA)
1. Duly signed claim letter mentioning Folio No. or DP ID/Client ID
2. Self-attested copy of PAN Card
3. Self-attested copy of residence proof (Voter ID/Aadhar Card/Passport/Driving License)
4. Cancelled blank cheque leaf of bank account
5. Signature attestation letter from bank manager with bank seal and employee ID
6. Updated Client Master list for demat holdings
Consequences of Transfer
- Shares held in physical form will be transferred by issuing duplicate share certificates, after which original certificates will be deemed cancelled
- Shares held in demat form will be transferred through depository corporate actions
- After transfer, any corporate benefits from the shareholding will be credited to IEPF Authority
- No claims shall lie against the Company/RTA after transfer to IEPF
- Shareholders can claim shares from IEPF authority by filing e-form IEPF-5
Additional Requirements for Physical Shareholders
Shareholders holding physical shares must submit KYC documentation:
- Form ISR-1 for PAN, KYC details, bank, mobile and email registration/updation
- Copy of PAN and Aadhaar Card (self-attested)
- Form ISR-2 for signature verification by banker with cancelled cheque leaf
- Form SH-13 for nominee registration or Form ISR-3 for opting-out of nomination
