Parties to appear before the Sole Arbitrator for procedural directions, provide valid email, mobile and landline numbers of their advocates; such communications shall constitute valid service.
All arbitrator fees and costs as per Schedule IV to be borne equally by the parties, subject to adjustment by the final award.
All merits issues remain open for determination before the appointed arbitrator.
