BMW India Financial vs Parsoli Motor NCLT Adjournment

NCLT Ahmedabad adjourns multiple interlocutory applications in BMW India Financial's insolvency petition against Parsoli Motor Works.
The matter under Section 7 IBC was listed for hearing but no representatives appeared for either the applicant or respondent.
The Special Bench has re-listed the case for further consideration on 17th June 2026.
