Bohra Industries Calls EGM to Alter MoA and AoA

Bohra Industries Limited has called an EGM on 27 April 2026 to seek shareholder approval for altering the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association.
The company proposes to expand its object clause to include new business verticals and align its Articles with the Companies Act, 2013.
The EGM will be held via video conference, with remote e-voting available from 24 to 26 April 2026.
Two special resolutions will be proposed: altering the object clause and adopting a new set of Articles of Association.
