  • The parties shall appear before the Sole Arbitrator on a date and place to be indicated, to obtain directions on conduct of the arbitration, including schedule for pleadings, examination of witnesses (if any), and hearing schedule.   • All arbitral costs and fees of the Arbitral Tribunal shall be borne equally by the parties initially, subject to adjustment by the final award.
  • All issues on the merits are expressly left open for determination before the appointed arbitrator.

  • Mr. Jash Gandhi is appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes arising out of the 2 August 2024 Agreement between IIFL Finance Ltd and Kamdar Plastics & Ors.
