Borosil Launches IEPF Shareholder KYC Update Campaign

Borosil Limited launches a 100-day 'Saksham Niveshak' campaign from April 1 to July 9, 2026, mandated by the IEPF Authority.
The campaign urges shareholders to update KYC, bank, and nomination details to prevent unclaimed dividends and shares from transferring to the IEPF.
Shareholders, especially physical holders, must submit prescribed forms to the RTA, MUFG Intime India, to facilitate direct dividend settlements.
