Brilliant Metals NCLAT Filing Delay Condoned

NCLAT condoned a 1-day delay by Brilliant Metals Pvt. Ltd. in re-filing an appeal against Avdhesh Construction.
The appeal was initially e-filed on 02.04.2026 and defects were intimated by the NCLAT office on 09.04.2026.
The appellant re-filed the appeal on 17.04.2026, and the Registrar found sufficient reason for the 1-day delay.
