BSE Limited Updates KMP Contacts Under Reg 30(5)

BSE Limited discloses updated KMP contact details authorized under Regulation 30(5) of SEBI Listing Regulations effective April 1, 2026.
Shri Sanjay Jain appointed as Chief Risk Officer and KMP with effect from April 1, 2026, per earlier Board approval dated February 9, 2026.
Five KMPs are now authorized to determine materiality and make stock exchange disclosures under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations.
