NCLT Kolkata orders restoration of Burdwan Agro Products Pvt Ltd, struck off in 2009 for non-filing of statutory documents.
Company directed to file all pending financial statements and annual returns from FY2003-04 to FY2024-25 within 45 days of restoration.
Restoration conditional on payment of ₹2 lakh cost for 22 years of non-compliance and delivery of order copy to RoC within 30 days.
RoC retains right to take action for any other violations committed during the period the company remained struck off.
