Canara Bank filed an insolvency petition under Section 7 of IBC against Uma Real Consultants (India) Pvt Ltd.
The National Company Law Tribunal Hyderabad Bench issued notice to the respondent company.
The matter has been adjourned to 29th June 2026 for filing proof of service.
The hearing was conducted in hybrid mode before a judicial and technical member.
