Canara Bank Initiates Gaurav Aggarwal Insolvency Proceeding

Canara Bank filed an insolvency petition against personal guarantor Gaurav Aggarwal under Section 95(1) of IBC 2016.
The National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi bench, heard arguments in case IB-798(PB)/2024 and reserved its order.
Representatives from Canara Bank and the Resolution Professional were present during the hybrid hearing on 13.05.2026.
