Canara Bank filed an insolvency petition against individual Mr. C.S. Hari Kumar under Section 95 of IBC.
The National Company Law Tribunal Hyderabad Bench heard the petition and set timelines for filing objections.
The matter has been adjourned for further hearing to 22nd June 2026, allowing three weeks for counter filings.
