Canara Bank filed an insolvency petition under IBC Section 95 against guarantor Pinki Garg.
The National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi, heard the case in a hybrid physical and VC hearing.
The tribunal re-notified the matter for a further hearing on 14 May 2026.
The order was delivered by a division bench of Acting President and Member (Technical).
