Canara Bank filed an interlocutory application seeking condonation of 62 days delay in initiating bankruptcy proceedings against a personal guarantor.
The application was filed under Sections 115(2), 121 and 123 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
The NCLT directed the bank to file an additional affidavit with documentary proof of the competent authority's decision within ten days.
The matter has been listed for further consideration on June 15, 2026.
