Canara Bank filed an insolvency application against Sumit Singla under Section 95(1) of the IBC, 2016.
The National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi, heard the matter in a hybrid hearing.
The case was re-notified and adjourned to a future hearing date of 14th May 2026.
The order was delivered by a Division Bench comprising an Acting President and a Technical Member.
