Canara Bank sought to withdraw its Section 95 insolvency application against Vimal Oil & Foods Ltd.
The application was not formally filed for withdrawal by the end of the hearing day.
The National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad, listed the matter for further consideration on 24 April 2026.
