Capacite Infraproject, Neo Techno Rs 53.8L Dispute

Supreme Court heard petition by Capacite Infraproject Ltd. challenging a Section 138 complaint by Neo Techno Company over Rs 53.81 lakh payment.
The parties had an MOU for Rs 53,81,260 payable in three tranches of Rs 18,27,587, Rs 18,27,587 and Rs 17,26,086, which petitioner claims were fully settled.
Respondent’s legal consultant later demanded Rs 2,50,000 legal fees and Rs 27,500 expenses, continuing the Section 138 suit.
Court ordered notice to respondent, stayed trial court proceedings, and directed parties to explore mediated settlement, with return date 02‑09‑2026.
