1. Financial Results Approval

The Board approved the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company.

2. Auditor Resignation

The Board noted the resignation of the Statutory Auditors, M/s. Krutesh Patel & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN 100865W), effective from the closing of business hours of the Board meeting held on November 6, 2026.

3. New Auditor Appointment Recommendation

Pursuant to Section 139 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013, the Board approved and recommended to the Shareholders for approval at the ensuing General Meeting:
