CBI Appeals HP High Court Order in Mittal Case

The Central Bureau of Investigation filed a special leave petition in the Supreme Court against a Himachal Pradesh High Court order.
The Supreme Court condoned a delay in filing and issued notice to respondent Jagdish Kumar Mittal.
The matter was directed to be tagged along with another pending special leave petition (Crl.) No. 18379 of 2025.
