CCI Approves BN Agrochem Merger with Three Companies

CCI approved merger of A1 Agri Global, B.N. Agritech, and Salasar Balaji into BN Agrochem Ltd.
Approval based on Scheme of Amalgamation approved via board resolution on 28th June 2025.
Companies involved in edible oil procurement, refining, repackaging, and trading activities.
BN Agrochem will be the sole surviving entity post-merger handling soybean and palmolein oil.
