2. Currency Denomination Correction: In the paragraph describing the "Total issued, paid-up and subscribed share capital of Interlink as on June 30, 2026" on page 8 of the original submission, the denomination was incorrectly stated as 'INR AED'. This has been corrected to solely AED 1,00,000.
Confirmation of Unchanged Information
The company explicitly states that all other information, details, and financial figures contained within the original outcome of the board meeting and all associated intimations filed with the BSE Limited remain unchanged and valid.
