Central Bank of India Case Adjourned by Supreme Court

The Supreme Court of India adjourned a Special Leave Petition filed by the Regional Manager, Central Bank of India & Ors. against Vibhakar Kushwaha & Ors. for two weeks.
The adjournment was granted on the request of the petitioner (Central Bank of India) in one order and on the request of the respondent (Vibhakar Kushwaha) in a separate, subsequent order.
The case is an appeal against an order of the Allahabad High Court, Lucknow Bench, and was heard by Justices J.K. Maheshwari and Atul S. Chandurkar on March 25, 2026.
