Central Bank of India submitted a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. This communication serves as a continuation of their earlier intimation with reference number CO:IRD:2026:27:188 dated 19.10.2026.
The bank confirmed that its RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement) outward system has been fully restored and is now completely operational across all channels. During the investigation of the previous issue, a technical problem was identified specifically in the interface environment of a localized RTGS server that is maintained at the bank's end.
The bank has implemented necessary remedial measures to address this technical issue. Most importantly, the disclosure explicitly states that no customer suffered any financial loss as a result of this incident.
The bank reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining the security and integrity of its systems and ensuring seamless banking services for all customers.
