Central Bank vs Indian Technometal NCLT Insolvency Petition

Central Bank of India filed an insolvency petition under Section 7 of IBC against Indian Technometal Company Limited.
The matter was heard at NCLT New Delhi Bench through hybrid VC and physical mode.
The case was re-notified for further hearing to 16 April 2026.
The bench comprised Judicial Member Ashok Kumar Bhardwaj and Technical Member Reena Sinha Puri.
