Financial Impact
- Unclaimed dividend amounts from FY 2018-2019 and prior years
- Equity shares to be transferred to IEPF Demat account
- After transfer, shareholders must claim from IEPF Authority using Web Form IEPF-5
- No claim shall lie against the Company after transfer to IEPF
