Cera Sanitaryware received a GST tax demand of ₹44.58 lakh from Deputy Commissioner, Gudur, Andhra Pradesh on 30th March 2026.
The demand covers ₹20.21 lakh in taxes and ₹24.37 lakh in penalty for FY 2019-20 alleging short tax payment and excess ITC availed.
The company states no material financial impact and intends to file an appeal against the order.
