Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, re-appointed M/S. V. N. Purohit & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 304040E) as the Statutory Auditor of the Company.
