CFM Asset Reconstruction filed an application seeking condonation of 43 days delay in refiling its appeal.
The delay was attributed to logistical difficulties in obtaining executed documents from Kolkata-based applicants.
NCLAT directed the delay condonation application to be listed with the main appeal for hearing on July 15, 2026.
